Sexing Speckled Sussex

Okay guys here we go

Bird 1: I'm confused tail looks male to me but head looks female

Thank-you in advance for the sexing help.
Mum to 1 cat, 3 dogs, 12 quail, 1 fish and 18 Nankin, 3 Bantam Scilian Buttercup.
Gran to (Human Mum's) 2 cats, 3 dogs, 3 quail, 2 Polands (white crested blacks), 2 barred plymouth rock, 14 speckled sussex, 2 light sussex.

I get to have another go on sussex, yipee :smt026 :smt026 .
number one = little girly
number two = boy
number three = boy I think but not 100% it looks like its wattles are developing but just slower than the one above.
